Civica was engaged as part of a consortium project led by East Lothian Council to develop a benefits performance management framework across ten Scottish authorities.
Working with 10 local authorities, consortium partners and the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) the performance management framework went live with an automated system across all authorities in eight months.
