Civica is providing a multi-year programme at Manchester City Council to provide managed parking and IT services as part of a wider approach to street management, and which for the first time will join up a range of fixed penalty-type enforcement functions covering parking, environment and anti-social behaviour to help the authority realise its vision for joined-up Environmental Services.
Meanwhile Manchester City has also selected Comino to support the automation of its housing department in a £3.3 million project incorporating Comino’s suite of software covering back office system, workflow, Electronic Document Management and Contact Management.
