Civica worked alongside Stockton Council to implement a system for handling anti-social behaviour incident recording and reporting.
Stockton Council was awarded Beacon status for its community safety work and has worked in partnership with Civica to develop the ASB system, including the introduction of handheld computers to allow street wardens to record incidents in the field.
