Employees Survey
In common with many others in today’s highly competitive environment, the business of the Group is constantly changing and an essential part of its continued success is the support and involvement of all its people.

The Group regularly communicates with employees at all levels. Communications range from informal local briefings through regular editions of an in house newsletter to a number of bespoke roadshows in the UK, Australia and the US. The objective is to engage all employees in the Group’s business strategy. To this end, the Group has developed a feedback system including an employee survey and a Leadership Programme whereby all employees have the opportunity to make their views known on a wide variety of aspects of the business.

Based on this feedback and on general business strategy, the Group has developed and communicated a comprehensive People Strategy. Whilst this is aimed equally at all employees, a particular element known as First Impressions has been introduced which is designed to ensure that new starters understand the business and are able quickly and effectively to establish themselves as an integral part of the team.
