What does your role involve?
Elements of both pre and post sales, for pre sales I provide consultancy to prospects, product demonstrations and assist the sales team. Post sale I project manage using Prince II methodology. I manage the product development team on a day to day basis and have direct involvement with product support especially for complex solicitors accounts issues.

What are the best aspects of your job?
Being involved in the entire sales process, watching the customer begin to achieve the ROI and cost savings that they anticipate from the project.

What is your favourite book?
I prefer thrillers, one of the best reads for me was Jig by Campbell Armstrong.
