Civica APP is the preferred software choice of more than 150 Local Authority customer sites in the UK and Ireland making it a clear leader with a growing customer base.
Providing full functionality for Inspections, Service Requests, Pest Control, PPC, Licensing, Samples, Notices, Prosecutions and Private Sector Housing, the system caters for all aspects of service delivery as standard but also allows individual customers to locally modify and configure programs for their own particular needs.
Recognising the burden of administration and the impact it has on running costs and departmental efficiency, the integrated software includes a full Reporting suite and open integration to accept data from third party systems such as CRM (Contact Centre), mobile devices and any other third party system using industry standard file formats (typically XML and web services).
Citizen access for self service registers and general information is enabled through web deployment with enhanced communications through both SMS messaging and a recently enhanced mobile interface.

Customer reference sites are available from Plymouth to the Orkney Islands and range from large Unitary Authorities such as Bristol City, Manchester City, Cardiff and Swansea City Councils, City of Edinburgh, Belfast City and a number of London Boroughs down to smaller District Council sites situated in both England and Northern Ireland.
