Kevin Holley, Customer Support Director will take overall responsibility for Housing & Asset Management’s Customer Support.

Keith Bond, Housing Enterprise Solutions Director will take overall responsibility for Housing’s Enterprise Solutions capability.

SERVITOR – New Performance Management module

With the introduction of “single status” pay agreements we have seen a move away from the traditional bonus incentive schemes. This has resulted in the traditional operative performance details available from systems being diluted and posed difficulties in gaining access to detailed performance information.

We have worked closely with a number of customers to address these issues and are pleased to announce the release of the Servitor Performance Management Module.

What does your role involve?
Responsible for the provision of Product and Technical support within Civica’s Housing and Asset Management team.

What are the best aspects of your job?

The people. I work with a fantastic team and it’s a real pleasure problem solving with them day to day. The role is extremely varied and challenging, I can never tell what a day will bring but I know whatever comes our way I have a team who can respond and solve the issue.

What is your favourite holiday?

I have recently come back from China and was amazed at the sights I saw, but if repeat visits are any measure then Disneyworld will always be a favourite!
